OUR COMPANY
BUILT ON SCIENCE
DRIVEN BY OUTCOMES
OUR STORY
THE FOUNDING PREMISE
"Effective intervention through precision."
Lisi Global was founded in Washington State on a simple belief: many of the biological and operational challenges facing agriculture, infrastructure, and land management could be addressed more effectively through greater precision.
For decades, the management of weeds, pests, and nuisance organisms has relied on broad-force approaches that often require repeated inputs, recurring intervention, and increasing operational complexity. We believed there was an opportunity to rethink the mechanism of intervention itself.
That belief led to the development of Directed Energy Systems (DES), a precision electrification platform that applies carefully controlled pulses of electrical energy directly to target organisms. By delivering energy precisely where it is needed, DES is designed to improve biological and operational outcomes while reducing unnecessary disruption.
Today, Lisi Global develops precision electrification systems for agriculture, infrastructure, and land management applications. From rail corridors and rights-of-way to specialty crops, turf, and soil systems, our technologies are built on a common principle:
Precision changes outcomes.
We believe the future of intervention is precision. And when intervention becomes more precise, sustainability follows.
WHAT WE ARE TODAY
Lisi Global is bringing precision electrification from research and development into real-world deployment. Across rail corridors, specialty agriculture, turf, and soil systems, our technologies are demonstrating how targeted electrical intervention can improve biological and operational outcomes at scale.
THE TEAM
EXPERIENCE
AT EVERY LEVEL
The Lisi Global team combines backgrounds in agronomy, electrical engineering, field operations, and business development.
Jason Crisp is an engineer, inventor, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience spanning high-voltage electronics, medical imaging, energy systems, and applied technology development.
After completing the electrical engineering program at Purdue University, Jason built his career solving complex technical challenges in the medical imaging industry, ultimately co-founding Imaging Specialists with business partner Jeffrey McComb. Together, they provided critical imaging equipment support to hospitals and clinics throughout the Inland Northwest.
Jason is the principal architect behind Lisi Global's Directed Energy Systems (DES), a precision electrification platform developed to improve biological and operational outcomes through the precise application of electrical energy. What began as an unexpected observation during a routine equipment repair evolved into a decade-long effort to understand and harness the interaction between electrical energy and living systems.
As both CEO and CTO, Jason leads the company's strategic vision, technology development, and commercialization efforts. His work has helped establish Lisi Global as a pioneer in precision electrification, advancing applications across agriculture, infrastructure, and land management.
Driven by curiosity, disciplined engineering, and a commitment to continuous learning, Jason remains focused on a simple principle: effective intervention begins with precision.
Jeffrey McComb is a systems builder, entrepreneur, and operations leader with a diverse background spanning professional motorsports, technology development, medical imaging, and intellectual property strategy.
As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Lisi Global, Jeff plays a central role in transforming innovation into execution. Since the company's inception, he has helped guide the development of Directed Energy Systems (DES), spearheading the design and fabrication of prototypes while helping build and protect the company's growing intellectual property portfolio.
Before co-founding Lisi Global and Imaging Specialists with Jason Crisp, Jeff spent more than a decade in professional motorsports, culminating in a nine-year tenure as Team Coordinator for leading CART and IndyCar organizations. Operating in one of the world's most demanding performance environments instilled a disciplined approach to project management, logistics, and execution under pressure.
Today, Jeff oversees operations, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and commercialization efforts across the company.
